Baptisms

This past Sunday we got to celebrate Eric & Nancy Paniagua’s baptism. If you missed it you can watch the video above. We love celebrating what God in our church and our city. If you have not yet been baptized let us know, we would love to be a part of this huge step in your faith.

Dominican Republic – Sponsor a Child

Child sponsorship is a way of giving that connects one compassionate person (like you!) with one child in need. Sponsoring a child gives them the chance to grow up healthy, educated and safe – forever changing the course of their life and future. And you just might find that it changes you, too.

We have the opportunity to sponsor 89 children in the Dominican Republic. We currently have 45 out of the 89 children sponsored at the church plant in the Dominican Republic.

Thanksgiving Food Bank Donations 

If you are looking for items to donate to our Food Bank we are in need of the following items to give to our clients during October, November and December to have for Thanksgiving and Christmas:

• Cornbread mix/biscuit mix
• Crispy Fried Onions
• Gravy jars and/or packets
• Cake Mix/Frosting
• Chicken broth
• Marshmallows
• Boxed potatoes
• Brown sugar
• Pie crusts/pie filling
• Evaporated Milk
• Canned pumpkin

All items can be brought to the bin next to the church office Monday-Friday between 9:00 am-4:30 pm or on Sunday morning to one of the services. Thank you so much!

Pray for our Country

As we continue to wait for the election results would you continue to join us in prayer for our country?

• Pray that God would be honored by the results of the election. 
• Pray for God’s will to be accomplished through the current system of elections.
• Pray for state and local governments that are continuing to process election ballots.
• Pray for the Electoral College delegates as they represent the rest of the nation’s voters. 
• Pray that there would be peace and unity among us as a community and a nation following the election and moving forward.
