Who is one of your favorite super heroes?
Digging Deeper:
1. Read John 16:33. How does this verse speak to your life? How does it encourage you? How can knowing what Christ did on our behalf by overcoming the world help you in difficult times?
2. Look at Genesis 2:20-25. What stands out to you in these verses? How does this speak to God’s desire for us to be in relationship with Him and others? What are some things that make relationships with God and others difficult?
Life Application
1. As we start this new series, a big theme will be relationships. Why are relationships so important? How does our relationship with God affect our relationships with people?
2. Rob shared how God shows us reality, but often we listen to the wrong voices. What are some of the wrong voices we listen to the get us away from the reality God has for us?
3. What does redemption mean to you? Why do we love a good redemption story?
4. God has a personal redemption story for everyone, but not everyone takes hold of it. What are some issues that cause us to block His efforts to redeem us?
5. Whatever you are going through, there is hope. Why is hope so important for us to cling to in difficult times? What areas of your life need hope and healing in order for you to experience restoration?
