Opening Question:
1. Who have been some of the most influential people in your life?
Digging Deeper:
1. Read Galatians 1:1-10. How does Paul describe himself? Why do you think Paul was so emotional at the beginning of this letter? Describe the key elements of Paul’s Gospel in verses 1-4.
2. Read Galatians 1:11-24. In this section, Paul talks about how his life has been changed by Christ. What stands out to you about his story? How does Paul’s life story encourage you?
Life Application
1. How would you explain the gospel to somebody who has never heard of Jesus?
2. Why is it so important to get the gospel (the good news of Jesus) right?
3. Have you seen the gospel radically change someone’s life (perhaps a once enemy of the gospel)? Who? What was that experience like?
4. How has the gospel changed your life? What does it look like for us to have the gospel shape different areas of our lives and the decisions we make? (Ex. Finances, relationships, work, school)
5. Rob talked about the importance of being part of the rescue team (To go out and help people come to know about Jesus), what are some ways you can begin to do that?
6. Who in your life can you pray for and be open to looking for opportunities to share the gospel with?
