When was the last time you took some time just for yourself? What did you do?

1. Read Psalm 90:12. How does learning to number our days, help us to gain wisdom?
2. Read Ephesians 5:15-16. What stands out to you in these verses? How would you define careful living? In what ways does how you live reflect what you believe?

1. Where/what do you tend to spend most of your time and energy on? What does it look like for you to have a healthy balance in life? Are there adjustments you need to make?

3. How would you say your time with God is going right now in your life? How about your time with family and friends?
