Sermon Series – See Jesus

We are excited to continue our new sermon series “See Jesus”. We will take a look at a story from Genesis that reveals more about Jesus to us. We encourage you to join us every week online or in person during this series. If you missed last week’s service you can go to wilshireave.com/messages.

Good Friday Service – April 2

As a reminder, our Good Friday Service will be at 6:00 pm on the plaza. We will be taking Communion and remembering the sacrifice that Jesus made for us because of his great love for us. We will also have both traditional & contemporary Good Friday services online. WA Kids will be meeting as well.

Easter at Wilshire – April 4

Easter is almost here. Be sure to invite your neighbors, friends, and family to join us in person outside on the plaza. 9 am & 10:30! We will have the street closed off so we will have lots of space to accommodate for social distancing. Make sure to invite your friends and family to Easter at Wilshire! You can also come by the church office and pick up goodie bag invites.

Easter – Be a Difference Maker

Easter is one of the best opportunities you get to invite a friend or coworker to church. We want to provide guests with a welcoming experience and to do that we need your help. We are currently in need of difference Makers for our Easter Services. If you are interested contact us at office@wilshireave.com.

Faith Game Plan

In our sermon series we’ve been talking about the importance of taking inventory of our faith if we are to move forward. If at the end of this year you reflected back and saw that your faith and connection to God grew this year what do you think your life would look like? What steps would I have taken? Who would I have become? Use the Faith Game Plan Sheet to help set yourself up for success. Click Here to view the sheet.

  • That we as Wilshire Ave and other churches in the community would be part of God’s plan to help people find and follow Jesus daily.
  • For revived hearts of believers across Fullerton
  • That we would be a people of reconciliation, justice and love
  • A stop to the spread of COVID-19 locally and globally, restoration to those who have it
  • Protection and provision for those who are in need and most vulnerable in our community
  • Salvation for people across Fullerton who have yet to follow Jesus
  • Unity among the churches in Fullerton that extends far beyond the racial crisis and COVID-19 and into long-lasting action for the Kingdom of God.
